Returning to Playful Wisdom

From the moment we are born we play. As we play, we come to understand our capacities and capabilities. We experiment in our bodies, we engage with people, materials, beliefs, ideas and processes.

As we engage in play, our bodies are our first teachers, helping us to navigate our internal and external world. Over time however, depending on our experiences we can sometimes lose this ability to play and feel our connection to our bodies.

Imagine what it would be like to be able to restore the playful wisdom of our bodies. What would it be like to reconnect to one’s body, mind and soul?
